Renewal process for foreign workers who already hold a work permit within the 10% quota of the regular workforce of a private company in Panama.
Required Documents
- Duly notarized power of attorney.
- Employment contract stamped by MITRADEL.
- Valid certificate from the Public Registry of the company.
- Latest Social Security payroll statement and proof of payment.
- Legible copy of the passport, including the general information page.
- Migration card authenticated and certified as a true copy by a notary.
- Immigration Status Certification, duly stamped.
- Four (4) passport-size photographs.
- Latest Social Security record in favor of the applicant.
- Certified true copy of the Notice of Operations.
- Affiliation Registration.
- Copy of the previous work permit.
